This Prague house can be found at this address:

Old Town Square 550/18, Old Town, 110 00 Prague 1, Czech Republic

The original building and some of its walls date from the 12th c. However, the first records that mention it appeared only in 1364. It underwent a large Gothic reconstruction in the 14th c. during which the house obtained its present size. Another reconstruction, this time late Gothic, took place here between 1360-1370. Its contemporary owner was Jiří of Kunštát and Poděbrady, who also opened an exchange office here. There were no other significant changes till 1724 when it was rebuilt in the Baroque style. Two more floors and its present facade were added. Berta Fantová-Wertheim opened a salon for the Society of German writers and artists here in 1907. Needless to say, Franz Kafka and Max Brod used to be frequent guests here. Albert Einstein lectured here for the first time on his theory of relativity in 1911.

Every miniature magnetic house made of porcelain is original, unique and unrepeatable. Each individual piece might be slightly different in size or shade of colour as we hand paint every single one.
